到教会无法触及之地:ZAIN 在中东的福音事工
Over the course of the Haggai Leader Experience (HLE), participants are equipped to bring restoration to their communities through Gospel-centered leadership. These leaders return home prepared to multiply their influence by equipping others, launching initiatives, and addressing real needs in their communities. One leader from Malakisi, Kenya, is a shining example of this transformation. Haggai Leader Vincent’s journey demonstrates how the HLE turns conviction into action, bringing hope to the people he serves.
In Kenya, nearly 80% of the population identify as Christian. Yet, the nation’s traditional tribal roots continue to influence modern belief systems, with many participating in practices involving ancestral spirits or witchcraft, creating a tension between cultural heritage and the Gospel. Vincent understands this challenge deeply. As a pastor, church planter, and leadership trainer in Malakisi, he works to bridge that divide. His ministry reflects the conviction that the Gospel must reach both hearts and systems, bringing spiritual renewal and restoration to communities across Kenya.
Recognizing the importance of developing the next generation, Vincent mentors teachers to disciple students in schools where faith-based discussions are allowed. He also trains pastors in partnership with Pan Africa Christian University, volunteering his time while the university provides the curriculum. His influence has grown beyond his local region, leading to the creation of a training center for church leaders. Early in 2025, in collaboration with KAG East University, Vincent launched a new Bible school with a first cohort of 40 pastors. Vincent’s accomplishments show the ripple effect of leaders in action and how those well-equipped go on to equip others.
